RentRepairs

For landlords & caretakers

Stop ringing round for a plumber

Post the job once. Providers who actually cover your estate and do that trade see it, and you compare them on reviews from jobs they finished — not on who answered the phone first.

RentRepairs is free for landlords. There is no plan to upsell you.

One post, several replies

Instead of three phone calls and a WhatsApp group, you get responses from providers who actually cover the estate.

Evidence, not word of mouth

Ratings from finished jobs, how many they have completed, and how reliably they reply.

Your caretaker, your rules

Let them line up the options, or let them decide. Set it per property.

No platform in the middle

You agree the rate and pay your provider directly. RentRepairs takes nothing from it.

Caretakers

Delegate the running around, not the decision

Your caretaker is on site and you are not. Give them an account and decide, for each property separately, how far their authority goes.

Shortlist only

They line up the options

Your caretaker can raise a request, let providers in, add photos and keep the access notes current — and shortlist who they think is best. You make the call on who gets the job.

May accept

They can get on with it

For a building you trust them with, let them accept a provider outright. You still see everything, and you can change your mind for that property without changing it for the others.

The setting is per property, not per person. The same caretaker can be trusted to accept work at the block they live in and only to shortlist at the one across town. Nobody has to hold two accounts to make that work.

Turnarounds

Four trades, one job

A tenant moves out and the unit needs paint, a plumber, an electrician and a deep clean before anyone can view it. Raise them together and both sides see one turnaround — you get a single view of when the unit is ready, and each provider knows who else is coming and when.

One view of the unit

See every trade on the same turnaround rather than four unconnected jobs.

Providers see each other

The painter knows the plumber comes Tuesday, so nobody paints over a wet wall.

One date that matters

When the unit is actually ready to view, rather than four separate completion dates to reconcile.

Getting started

Three things and you are set up

01

Create your account

Name, email, phone. We verify both — providers are being asked into empty properties, and knowing who is asking is the least we can do.

02

Add your first property

Drop a pin, name the building, say how someone gets in. This is what makes you visible to providers who cover the area.

03

Post whatever is outstanding

Even one job. Responses usually start the same day.

We verify your email and your phone before you can post a job. Providers are being asked to enter empty properties — knowing who is asking is the least we can do.
