One price, and only for providers

Landlords never pay. Providers never pay to respond to a job or to win one. The only thing on this page is an optional subscription.

There is no commission, and there never will be. RentRepairs takes no percentage of the work you do. A client pays you directly for the job, and the platform is not part of that transaction at all.
Pro does not buy the Verified badge. It cannot be bought on any plan. Pro subscribers get their documents reviewed sooner — the checks themselves are identical.

Pricing questions

The awkward ones, answered

Do landlords pay anything?

No, and there is no landlord plan. Posting jobs, comparing providers, messaging and reviewing are all free and will stay that way.

Does Pro give me an advantage in ratings?

No. Promotion changes your position in a list and is always labelled as promoted. It cannot change your rating, and it never hides a provider who is not paying.

What happens if my payment fails?

Your Pro features stay on for a few days while you sort it out, and we retry. Losing your calendar mid-week over an expired card would be a worse outcome than carrying you for a moment.

Can I cancel?

Any time, and you keep the month you already paid for. Cancelling does not touch your profile, your jobs or your reviews — only the Pro features switch off at the end of the period.

Is the free month really free?

Yes, and you do not need to enter a payment method to start it. We tell you three days before it ends. It is once per provider, so cancelling and resubscribing will not renew it.

Why is there no commission?

Because the platform is not part of your agreement with the client. Taking a percentage of work we have no hand in — and no ability to guarantee — would mean pretending to a role we do not have.
